Start with a dumb­bell on the floor, grip­ping it in one hand. Pull it up­wards and pop your hips for­wards, us­ing a jump­ing mo­tion to drive the dumb­bell over­head and catch it with a straight arm. Re­turn to the start and re­peat on

the other side.
