Impossible grip

-

It’s one of the cardinal gym sins – texting or chatting on a mobile when you’re supposed to be working out. And not only is it annoying for other gym users, it also has a negative impact on your training. Figures compiled by American researchers show that people who use their phones during exercise work out less intensely than those who don’t. This coincides with the results of a previous study, which found a negative relationship between phone use and fitness. The good news? Using your phone to listen to music will increase the intensity and enjoyment of your workout. So whack on some tunes and leave the chit-chatting for the water cooler. Tom Cruise saves his life by clinging to the side of a plane in Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation, and a new study shows you can lengthen yours by developing grip strength. Do it with moves
