Wil­shere of­ten does this wear­ing a ‘run rocket’ – a para­chute that in­creases re­sis­tance. To em­u­late this, get a train­ing part­ner to hold on to your shirt as you sprint for the first 5m, then get them to let go so you can sprint at full tilt for a fur­ther 10m.
