SETS 3 REPS 10 EACH SIDE REST 60SEC

Hold a barbell with a mixed grip in front of your thighs. With your core tight and back upright, rise up onto the balls of your feet. Keeping one heel high, slowly lift one foot off the floor. Alternate sides. The aim is to ensure your heels never hit the ground during the set.
