Hold a bar­bell with a mixed grip in front of your thighs. With your core tight and back up­right, rise up onto the balls of your feet. Keep­ing one heel high, slowly lift one foot off the floor. Al­ter­nate sides. The aim is to en­sure your heels never hit the ground dur­ing the set.
