Lie face down on a bench with your feet just off the edge. Hold a dumb­bell be­tween your feet and, hold­ing on to the un­der­side of the bench with your hands, raise it to­wards your glutes with­out lift­ing your thighs off the bench. Squeeze your ham­strings at the top, then lower the dumb­bell slowly un­til your legs are fully ex­tended.
