This is tricky but very ef­fec­tive. Us­ing heavy dumb­bells, a bar­bell or a bench, kneel and place your heels un­der­neath to se­cure your legs. With­out flex­ing your torso, slowly lean for­wards from your knees un­til your feel your ham­strings pull and lengthen. Catch your­self on your hands and re­peat the move.
