Stand with feet wide apart. Keeping your chest up, bend your legs and grasp the barbell with hands less than shoulderwi­dth apart, using a mixed grip so one palm faces forwards and one back. Keep your core braced as you drive through your heels to raise the weight, driving your hips forwards to stand tall, then reverse the move to the start.
