Stand with feet wide apart. Keep­ing your chest up, bend your legs and grasp the bar­bell with hands less than shoul­der­width apart, us­ing a mixed grip so one palm faces for­wards and one back. Keep your core braced as you drive through your heels to raise the weight, driv­ing your hips for­wards to stand tall, then re­verse the move to the start.
