Start in a stand­ing pres­sup po­si­tion, hold­ing the han­dles at an an­gle that’s chal­leng­ing. Lower your body un­til your hands are level with your chest, then press back up. Once you’ve com­pleted all the reps, flip over and go straight into the next move.
