This is one move with three parts. First, do the bot­tom half of a curl – from arms straight to half­way – seven times. Next, move on to the top half – from half­way to the top – seven times. Fi­nally, do seven reps through the full range of mo­tion. Put the dumb­bells down and clutch your arms in agony. That’s one set – do three.
