This is one move with three parts. First, do the bottom half of a curl – from arms straight to halfway – seven times. Next, move on to the top half – from halfway to the top – seven times. Finally, do seven reps through the full range of motion. Put the dumbbells down and clutch your arms in agony. That’s one set – do three.
