DUMB­BELL CURL SETS 10 REPS 20

Hold a dumb­bell in each hand by your side, curl them up to your chest and lower un­der con­trol. Com­plete all the reps as fast as pos­si­ble, then take a short rest and go straight into another set of both moves. In to­tal you’ll com­plete 300 reps over 10 sets.
