30g straw­berry Mul­tipower 100% Pure Whey Pro­tein


5tbsp milk 1 whole egg Pinch of salt 5tbsp flour

Sep­a­rate the yolk and white into bowls. Mix the yolk with the milk, flour, salt and 100% Pure Whey. Whisk un­til smooth, while you start heat­ing a non-stick fry­ing pan on a medium heat. Whisk the egg white un­til it forms stiff peaks and then fold it into the bat­ter us­ing a me­tal spoon. Don’t to be rough – you want to keep the air bub­bles trapped in the white. Fry in the pan us­ing a drop of oil or but­ter. Serve with mixed berries and honey.
