Stand on the mid­dle of the band and hold the ends in your hands. Bend your knees slightly and hinge for­ward from the hips, keep­ing your back slightly con­cave and your shoul­der blades back through­out. With your palms fac­ing each other, draw your el­bows straight up un­til your hands are level with your chest, then lower slowly.
