What’s your reason for wanting to get into the shape of your life? For me, it was wanting to prove that the advice we put in every issue of MF really does work. For this month’s cover star Zac Efron, it was being cast in the movie revamp of an iconic TV show where most of his screen time would be spent standing next to man mountain Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson wearing nothing but a pair of red trunks and a whistle.
And it worked. Efron’s transformation from High School Musical choirboy to Baywatch beefcake is nothing short of remarkable (and you can try his workout plan on p91).
