One in four men over the age of 40 suffer from a low libido – but getting more sunlight could boost your sex drive, according to the European College of Neuropsych­opharmacol­ogy. Subjects exposed to bright light for 30 minutes a day for two weeks reported their sexual satisfacti­on score rose from just two out of ten before treatment to 6.3 afterwards, more than a threefold increase, while a placebo group increased from two only to 2.7 after the treatment. Better book that beach holiday.
