One in four men over the age of 40 suf­fer from a low libido – but get­ting more sun­light could boost your sex drive, ac­cord­ing to the Euro­pean Col­lege of Neu­ropsy­chophar­ma­col­ogy. Sub­jects ex­posed to bright light for 30 min­utes a day for two weeks re­ported their sex­ual sat­is­fac­tion score rose from just two out of ten be­fore treat­ment to 6.3 af­ter­wards, more than a three­fold in­crease, while a placebo group in­creased from two only to 2.7 af­ter the treat­ment.
