WHY Using your bodyweight might sound easy but ring press-ups are one of the hardest, and most effective, moves to build chest size and strength because of the huge range of motion of each rep, and the strength and stability required to lift and lower yourself up and down.

HOW Get in the press-up position but with your hands in lowered rings. Lower your chest as low as you can, then press back up powerfully.
