This summer sizzler is full of B vitamins, to lift your energy and deliver more oxygen to your muscles during training. Pop the veg, tomatoes, chilli flakes and chorizo in a bowl.
2-6MIN
Microwave for 2min, remove and make two dents in the mix. One at a time, crack the eggs into a mug and pour into the holes. Microwave for 2-3min more, so the eggs are cooked.
6-7MIN
Sprinkle cheese over the top for a bonus 7g of protein and wait for it to melt (if you can). Now dig in straight from the bowl to give your post-gym aches the heat treatment.
