Man vs Lakes is the second edition in a series of brutal but beautiful challenges offered by Rat Race events – the most adventurous marathon-distance running journey in Britain. The 26.2 mile course kicks off at the iconic Morecambe Bay, crossing the Lake District and finishing at the picturesque Lake Windermere – with the last 12km of the route packed with water-based obstacles, and a celebratory slide to cross the finish line. This isn’t just a standard marathon, it’s a #Ratracer marathon!
