As System Of A Down’s members put out decidedly mixed messages about President Trump’s response to the Black Lives Matter protests, Stephen Hill argued that it showed more than ever that their band really need to shit or get off the pot… for good.

HE SAID

“Look, we know rock stars have their own viewpoints, whether that’s what constitutes a new System Of A Down song in 2020 or the relative merits of the US President… but somewhere along the way, System appear to have lost the ability they once had to meld those differences into a singular whole. Imagine what they could achieve if they channelled the energy they spent publicly spouting off about their colleagues into actually writing new music?”
