Lily appeared red keen not to be spotted as s she left the restaurant after the meal and jumped in a cab with The Devil’s Double actor Cooper, who was clutching a bottle of plonk for the road. She wore a long coat, a face mask and a black hat that she had pulled down over her eyes. Lily’s outing with Cooper comes in the wake of several headlines about her love life following her split from longterm beau Matt Smith, a former Doctor Who. Before her Italian escape with West, 51, who starred in TV’s The Affair, Lily enjoyed a nightcap at a London hotel with Captain America star Chris Evans.
She and Evans, 39, also enjoyed an outing in a park the next day.
Lily can currently be seen in the Netflix version of Daphne du Maurier’s Rebecca, opposite Hollywood actor Armie Hammer, 34.
