Becky: My chipolata jibe was banger out of order

- By DOMINIC YEATMAN

BECKY VARDY apologised for comparing her ex Peter Andre’s penis to a ‘miniature chipolata’, court papers have revealed.

In the documents, filed for her ‘Wagatha Christie’ legal battle against Coleen Rooney, she claimed that she had been pressured into making the remark when she gave an interview to the News Of The World in 2004.

Talking about her relationship with the singer, Vardy said Andre had the ‘ smallest trouser equipment I’ve ever seen’, and ‘slavered’ like one of her pet dogs when he kissed her during their five minutes of sex three years earlier.

Yesterday, Vardy, married to Leicester City striker Jamie, said she had been pressured into the interview by an ex-husband and has since apologised to the Australian star (pictured).

The story emerged during her £1million libel battle over claims that she leaked information from Rooney’s private Instagram account to newspapers.

Vardy, 38, claims fellow Wags Danielle Lloyd and Dawn Ward were among 367 people who were able to access the account.

Ms Lloyd hit back yesterday as friends said she was ‘hurt and angry’ – but not surprised – to be named in the case. ‘Danielle does not want to be dragged into the matter,’ said her lawyer Tony Nelson.

‘She’s got four young children and more important things to concentrate on. Danielle fully supports her friend Coleen.’

Vardy lodged 57 pages of evidence yesterday after she and Rooney were ordered to attempt mediation before a full libel trial.

She says in the papers that Rooney’s public denunciation unleashed ‘extreme abuse’ when Rooney, 34, knew she was pregnant. She also claims Rooney told her, via Instagram, ‘if you play games with me, I will play them harder’, just before going public.

The two Wags could meet face to face within days in a bid to settle their differences. Their lawyers have until February 8 to reach agreement or face a trial next year.
