ZOE KRAVITZ IS THIS YEAR’S FIRST CELEBRITY BREAK-UP
HER father famously sang It Ain’t Over ’Til It’s Over but Zoe Kravitz’s 18-month marriage is well and truly done with.
The Big Little Lies star confirmed that she and Karl Glusman have split, after it emerged that she had filed for divorce just before Christmas.
No reason has yet been given but the 32-year-old actress shared a photo of someone throwing out rubbish, with the message: ‘People places and things that no longer serve my greatest and highest good.’ She wrote alongside the Instagram snap: ‘Mood.’
Fellow actor Glusman, also 32, has deleted all photos of his wife from his Instagram page, including ones of their wedding.
Zoe, who is the only child of Lenny Kravitz and Lisa Bonet, was married to Glusman in a lavish ceremony at her father’s Parisian home in June 2019, after they had dated for three years. Guests included her Big Little Lies co-stars Nicole Kidman, Reese Witherspoon and Laura Dern, as well as Denzel Washington, Eddie Redmayne and Cara Delevingne.
The split comes as a shock as the pair seemed loved-up when they celebrated their first anniversary last year. Zoe posted a photo from the wedding, while Glusman penned a heartfelt tribute to her, saying: ‘Not the year we expected… but I feel like if we can make it through this, we can take on anything.
‘I love you. More than anything.
‘You’re my best friend… you crack me up and melt my heart… you call me out on my bulls*** and challenge me to grow. I love you for that. I’ll do anything and everything for you until the day I die. Now let’s go save the world.’
