AND ANOTHER THING...

-

HG is not alone in thinking of stockings when reading the new Covid word ‘deniers’ (MetroTalk, Wed). I have problems whenever someone says ‘big tech’. I keep thinking of the bear from Play School, the children’s TV show from the 1970s.

Sarah, Duchess of York (pictured right), is publishing her first novel, Her Heart For A Compass, with Mills & Boon (Metro, Wed). I think that’s cool. It’s a good way of earning a living. She isn’t selling secrets of the royal family and I quite like her. I think she’s been through the mill but is a great mum to princesses Beatrice and Eugenie. I’ll be buying it as a holiday read.

Terry wonders where God comes from (MetroTalk, Wed). Defenders of religion have countered that the question of where God came from is improper. We ask, ‘If all things have a creator, who created God?’ Actually, only created things have a creator so it’s improper to lump God with his creation. God revealed himself to us in the Bible as having always existed.

Donald Trump is the greatest smart, stable, genius US president to get himself impeached twice (Metro, Thu). Twice the achievement of other impeached presidents! Mike, Surrey

One thing that is now proven because of the trouble caused by Donald Trump – there are no aliens or UFOs at Area 51. If there were, the idiot would have told the world by now. Jeffers, Erdington
