Bath bomb allergy left teen fighting for her life

-

A SCHOOLGIRL suffered a nearfatal allergic reaction to a bath bomb she later discovered contained milk.

Emelia Brain, 13, has now set up a petition on parliament’s website calling for clearer allergen info on beauty products. So far, 21,000 people have backed the campaign.

The teen went into anaphylactic shock and was left gasping for breath after using the fragrance – a Christmas gift – at home in Codsall, Staffordshire.

She later found milk was listed on the ingredients – but in Latin.

‘Emilia wants allergens to be listed in bold, as they are in the food industry,’ said her mum Maria.

CARA DELEVINGNE has revealed she put a smile on her friends’ faces by giving them ‘sex tech’ as Christmas pressies. The bisexual supermodel co-owns the Lora DiCarlo range of bedroom devices and says her close mates were the first to road-test them. ‘I was like, “Merry orgasm to you”,’ explained the Suicide Squad actress.

Cara, 28, became involved with the venture after realising most gadgets for female pleasure were designed by men.

She explained to the OTHERtone podcast that she doesn’t like the term sex toy because ‘it’s not juvenile, it’s tech... and it’s really fun’.

The buzzing entrepreneur added: ‘Women usually are sensitive creatures but all these sex toys were made by men and they’re just too intense.’

Cara says she has also realised that it’s important to speak up more in the sack. ‘You need to ask, you need to talk about it,’ she explained.
