TODAY’S WEATHER

SUNSHINE on Wednesday for much of northern England and southern Scotland, with slightly more could in the south and south Norwich east. Rain in northern and western Scotland. Temperatures will hover around London zero, apart from Scotland where temperatures will reach 6C in the Outer Hebrides.

Thursday will see cloud, rain and drizzle in most places apart from in the south west – Gloucester, Somerset and Devon.

Temperatures, again not up top much apart from in the far north of Scotland.
