A DRUNK woman who was caught on CCTV giving a blow job on a city street during the day, has been caged.
A shocked female council worker called police after seeing Claire Castle, 28, on her knees giving head to boyfriend Kevin Lambert, 25, in a doorway.
Winchester Magistrates Court heard the pair were standing next to a statue on the city’s High Street before moving to a bench where Castle carried on giving him oral pleasure, with a jacket draped over her head.
Claire Hartman, prosecuting, said: “Police were initially alerted after CCTV was seen of two persons in a doorway at the bottom of the precinct.
“One of the people, who was female, was effectively giving the other person, a male, oral sex.
“The female was on her knees while the male had his trousers down by his ankles.
“She had her hands around his waist.”
The saucy couple walked across the precinct to a bench outside an M&S store, where she continued the sex act.
Ms Hartman added: “A PCSO attended and saw the defendant on her knees in front of the male in front of the bench.
“She had her head on his lap and a coat on her head but he could see the coat bobbing up and down.
“As he approached, the man said something to the female and there was lots of shuffling about.
Abusive
“Both became abusive and were shouting profanities at the officer.”
Castle and Lambert both from Winchester, admitted to cops they had been doing the lewd act in the street on Sept 13 last year. They had both been drinking. Unemployed Castle pleaded guilty to a charge of outraging public decency.
She also admitted another charge of burglary – where she robbed the house of a friend in October last year – and was jailed for 14 weeks.
Ed Stott, in mitigation, said: “Miss Castle has addictions to alcohol and drugs and at the time of her offences she was suffering under these.”
Lambert had already been sentenced to two weeks in prison, reduced from 21 days for an early plea, after also admitting a charge of outraging public decency.
He was ordered to pay a £100 fine.
At the end of his court case he was told by chairman of the bench Simon Rawlinson: “The offence at the centre of this, the sexual act, we find totally disgusting.
“It was a disgusting act in a public place in the centre of town. It was still light and people could see.
“This type of behaviour is not acceptable.”
