Butter knife drunk jailed after Pc ‘ugly whore’ rant
A DRUNKEN yob who slashed a soldier’s face with a butter knife before calling a policewoman who arrested him “a fat, ugly whore,” has been jailed.
Steven White, 26, was arrested after attacking serviceman Christopher Coombes in the beer garden of The George pub in Winnersh, Berks.
The victim suffered just a scratch to his face.
White insulted Pc Laura Mccaughey in what a judge described as “the most unforgivable torrent of abuse it is possible to give anybody.”
White also told her: “You’ve been f***ed by your dad.”
Prosecutor John Upton told a judge: “He kept calling her ‘a fat slag’ and ‘a f***ing whore’.
White was charged with assault and with indecent behaviour in a police station, under the Town and Police Clauses Act 1847.
Judge Nicholas Wood was told White had numerous previous convictions for violence towards people and property – mostly through drink – including one attack for which he was jailed in April 2010.
White, of Winnersh was caged for 14 weeks for common assault and for two weeks, to run concurrently, for indecent behaviour in a police station.
