‘Useless bitch’ rant laundry boss is taken to the cleaners

AN ENGLISH laundry boss who bullied his pretty manageress because she wasn’t Polish has been ordered to pay her £6,000 compensation.

A tribunal heard Nick James swore and raged at Claire Pitman and described her as a “useless English bitch”.

The blonde recorded one of his outbursts against her on a mobile phone and said he only ranted at his English staff.

The Exeter employment tribunal heard that James, who is in his 50s, called her “f***ing useless” and told her “don’t talk to f***ing customers”.

He also accused Miss Pitman, in her 20s, of trying to ruin his business which he called a “professional f***ing organisation”.

She alleged that he also called her a “useless c***” for losing a credit card – later found with his child.

The tribunal heard that he did not shout at foreign workers – which included mostly Poles.

James, who owns Harlequin Valet in Devon, was also heard saying: “She has to go. I can’t have that bitch ruining my business.”

Miss Pitman was given the payout by the tribunal after she won her claim for unfair dismissal.
