£½million of British Army gear goes AWOL
A STAGGERING half a million quid’s worth of weapons and other military kit have been stolen or has gone missing from the Army.
Defence chiefs have released a list detailing more than 270 items that have gone AWOL since last March.
It includes “assorted military equipment including weapons, parts and communications equipment”.
The most expensive single item is a set of telescopic rods – worth £67,000 – used to rescue military personnel.
Also on the list are swords, bayonets, weapon sights, body armour, helmets, rifle magazines, night vision systems and even HAND GRENADES.
Laptops, cables, chainsaws, car parts, tools and radio gear are also missing.
Clive Fairweather, a former senior officer, said he found the list “extraordinary”.
He said: “As a former battalion commander, if there was anything like a bayonet missing it would come to my attention and there’d be a huge inquiry.
“If there was a rifle missing, heads would end up rolling.” HOT on Rachel’s mammoth mammary tail is lovely Leanne Crow, who has 34K boobs.
But the Sunderland babe, 23, says she’s fed up of people saying they’re fake.
She said: “My boobs are 100% natural, thank you very much, and I love them.
“Some people think they might be a burden but they’re ace!”
