Walliams: No ‘accidents’ on charity swim
CAMP charity star David Walliams has denied claims he did a ‘Paula Radcliffe’ and crapped in his wetsuit during last year’s charity swim down the river Thames.
The funnyman contracted a harrowing stomach bug while attempting the feat for Sport Relief.
But the 40-year-old says he didn’t resort to soiling himself – like runner Paula famously did during the London Marathon back in 2005. The star of BBC1’S
said: “I had a really upset stomach at the…other end.
“It’s a difficult thing to talk about. I didn’t do a Paula Radcliffe. But I did just want to lie down. So yeah, that was tough.”
