Schoolboy, 15, ‘invited Miss home for sex’

A SCHOOLBOY invited his teacher home while his parents were away... and had sex with her.

Now Kathryn Murray, 28, has been charged with sexually assaulting the 15-year-old.

On the night the alleged offence took place the lad’s 12-yearold brother had walked in on the pair in bed, a used condom and her underwear on the floor nearby.

Murray ( above) had been removed from her post at Memorial Middle School earlier in the week after she had talked kissing the student with another teacher, who reported the conversation to authorities.

Interviewed by police afterwards the boy admitted having sex with the Language Arts Miss and declared his love for her.

His family has now obtained a restraining order against Murray, who is being held in lieu of a £150,000 bond.

The teacher, from Houston, Texas, is also barred from going near the school, which issued a statement stating, “We will never tolerate harm to students”.
