‘I am con­fi­dent we’ll win ti­tle’

ROBERTO MANCINI has vowed Man City WILL win the ti­tle be­fore their crunch clash with Chelsea tonight.

The Blues are look­ing to close a four-point gap to lead­ers Manch­ester United when they trot out at the Eti­had.

They had been top since Oc­to­ber be­fore stut­ter­ing to a 1-0 de­feat at Swansea.

United have been go­ing like a train and have only let two points slip in nine league games since Jan­uary 4.

Mancini has also had to deal with a bit more bother as Gareth Barry was fu­ri­ous at be­ing hooked at Swansea, where Yaya Toure and Mario Balotelli also tus­sled in the tun­nel.

It may be City’s first ex­pe­ri­ence of what Fergie calls ‘ Squeaky bum time’ but Mancini is adamant his play­ers will not bot­tle it as they bid for a first ti­tle in 42 years.
