Denise is set to cut Loose from Women

LOOSE Women favourite Denise Welch has left fans devastated after announcing she is set to quit the show to further her career on the stage.

The former Corrie ( above) star is appearing in a stage production of Steel Magnolias and has said she wants to focus more on acting.

Denise, 53, said: “I feel like I keep trying to juggle everything and I’m dropping things now and then. It’s been really tough.”

Fans loved her for her saucy confessions on the lunchtime ITV1 show, which included her telling Robbie Williams she wanted to bed him and how former hubby Tim Healy would bend her over the dishwasher for sex!

The blonde has had a rocky few months since appearing on Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year, where she stripped off her bra in the hot tub with Frankie Cocozza, 19.

She split with actor Tim, 60, after her affair with party organiser Lincoln Townley, 39, became public.
