This show’s a right Lemon

KEITH Lemon “timetravelled” to Bolton on the opening episode of his ITV1 Lemonaid show.

He used a Delorean “time machine” but he needn’t have bothered. As the old saying goes: “If you want to know what Bolton was like in 1974, go there now.”

Talking of blasts from the past, his celebrity guest was Cilla Black – once the queen of Saturday evening telly but now reduced to leading a live camel on stage.

It was a funny looking beast, with knock knees, massive teeth and a hump on its back. And the camel was not much better.
