Pop star Mika ‘I’m gay’ shock

THE pop music world was stunned last night after singer Mika announced he’s gay.

Until yesterday, Mika – who has a keen interest in fashion and topped the UK singles chart with a tribute to the gay icon – had refused to confirm his sexuality.

But the flamboyant 28-year-old finally told

“If you ask me, ‘am I gay?’, I say yeah. ‘Are these songs about my relationship with a man?’, I say yeah.

“And it’s only through my music that I’ve found the strength to come to terms with my sexuality beyond the context of just my lyrics. This is real life.”
