HAPLESS Stephen Parsonage sprayed his hair, lit a cigarette – and set fire to his face!

The Blackburn dad-offour, 26, suffered second degrees burns to his face and hands after sparking a mist of hairspray.

He said: “I went to A&E and everyone in the waiting room was laughing at me, so I decided to discharge myself. I am really embarrassed.

“I have second degree burns on my forehead and hands.”

He added: “I had no idea that could even happen.

“Surely, retailers shouldn’t be able to sell hairspray if this can happen.”
