Michael Hurtado, 21, was arrested after he crashed his car , stripped completely naked and started kissing and fondling the steering wheel of the truck he had just smashed into.
He had locked the door and was getting increasingly sexual with the vehicle until police managed to prise him out.
Cops, realising something wasn’t right, cuffed the still naked oddball and chucked him the back of their motor.
But when they returned from quizzing witnesses they found him sticking his penis in between the holes of the mesh cage keeping him in the back seat.
Police say the refuse collector was high on a cocktail of alcohol and mind-altering drug bath salts – also known as Ivory Wave.
Describing the incident a police source said: “This is one of the weirdest cases I ever done saw.

“It was a real head tickler coming up with what to charge him with.
“To be honest, having sex with a police car isn’t technically illegal as such.
“But the officer who saw him do it reckons it should be. He was joking about needing therapy.”
In the end police in Tempe, Pheonix, charged Hurtado with drink and drug driving.
