Homeland season three gets the nod

AWARD-WINNING terrorist drama will return for a third series.

The thriller – which stars British hunk Damian Lewis and sexy actress Claire Danes – is currently a smash-hit on Channel 4.

And Yank telly chiefs have given the go-ahead to a further series.

TV boss David Nevins said: “The writers, cast and crew of continue to create a remarkably entertaining and suspenseful rollercoaster ride.

“We can’t wait for viewers to experience what unfolds through the rest of season two. We are thrilled to begin the planning for third season.”

The third season will go into production in spring 2013.
