Stones Glasto paper auction

A PIECE of red confetti from the Rolling Stones recent gig at Glastonbury has been put on sale on ebay...with a starting price of just 99p.

Seller Brian Highley joked: “If someone paid £4,000 for a lock of Mick Jagger’s hair, what could this be worth?”

On the online auction site, Brian said in his item listing: “An unrepeatable one-off. This ebay lot of a piece of the red confetti from the stage after the Rolling Stones 2013 Glastonbury performance.”

Bidding for the item will end on July 13. DID you hear about the amazing 69er involving a Yank called Joey Chesnut?

The incredible eating man scoffed 69 frankfurters to devour his own record at the annual Independence Day hot dog eating contest in New York.

Now far be it from me to knock the guy’s gut-bursting achievement, but I can think of a far better way to get your teeth stuck into some sausage.
