Midweek Sport - - SEX HEALTH -

WHAT a great week it is for getting all hot and steamy – both outdoors and in the bedroom! I’d almost forgotten what it was like to throw off nearly all my clothes and soak up some lovely, warming sun rays.

I bet the number of fun-loving girls going topless like me rocketed into the THOUSANDS.

And we all know how the heat gets you feeling randy, so no guesses as to how else we all managed to get in a sweat! MOVIE star Demi Moore is quitting Hollywood to start teaching YOGA.

The 50-year-old actress is said to have thrown herself in to studying Kundalini yoga, a branch of the ancient Indian discipline that focuses on raising an individual’s consciousness through breathing techniques and physical poses.

A source said: “Acting offers aren’t coming in and, at her age, she realistically knows she is considered over-the-hill in youth-obsessed Hollywood.

“She’s been going to two-hour classes five days a week for months, so it was a logical next step.”

Demi, 50, reportedly completed the programme to qualify as a teacher in May after studying in Los Angeles.
