RACHEL’S winning smile and incredible figure helped her gain an army of fans when she first modelled topless in 1988.

Now 42 and retired from the modelling game, her name is still popular on websites dedicated to vintage glamour.

She’s popular, too, in the mind of water mains engineer Chris Jones, 40, from Skipton, who wrote: “Rachel Garley was probably the fittest girl in my life when I was growing up.

“It might sound off saying ‘in my life’ because obviously I never got to meet her.

“But just the sight of her used to brighten up my day and I’m sure it’d be the same now.”
