The Naval Criminal Investigative Service attempts to hunt down evil Harper Dearing (Richard Schiff), the elusive bloke who instigated the blasts.

He manages to kidnap director Vance (Rocky Carroll) and lock him in a tomb with a junior officer who died in the same avoidable accident as Dearing’s late son.

And while the crew tries to lure Dearing out of hiding, he’s got one last terror atrocity up his sleeve….
