SUPER-rich socialite Paris Hilton had fellas fumbling in their pockets when she attended a fancy ball.

Paris, 33, turned up at the Angel Ball in New York wearing a dress slashed down the front to the waist, with her boobs frustratingly kept covered by her top.

One onlooker said: “In the good old days the wind would have blown that top right open. That’s bloody climate change for you.”
