Asda upskirt pest is fined

A MAN who filmed up a woman’s skirt as he masturbated at a self-scan supermarket checkout has been sent on a course for sex offenders.

Seyhan Kaizim, 28, was waiting in line at an Asda store in Swanley, Kent, when he whipped out his mobile phone and started videoing up a female’s skirt as he pleasured himself.

Kaizim, of Catford, south London, was caught in the act and arrested on December 3 last year.

He admitted two counts of outraging public decency – after doing the same thing on November 11 – and was ordered to go on sex offenders programme and told he would be under supervision for two years.

Sevenoaks JPs also ordered him to pay £310 in fines.
