Neither porn site was disclosed to the jury at Bradford Crown Court.
The jury heard that Bell once arrived late for a morning shift at Mrs Hammond’s Grade II listed home in a BMW, wearing full make-up, a mini-skirt and high heels. She would neglect the elderly woman and fall asleep sunbathing in the garden.
It was also revealed that she falsified her hours so she could work full-time at her father’s printing business.
The scam was exposed after a qualified carer, arrived at the home in a Yorkshire village for a shift and learnt that Bell was not experienced.

Later, when quizzed by cops over how she funded her lavish lifestyle, she explained the money came from her porn career.
Bell pleaded guilty to fraud and will be sentenced at Bradford Crown Court next month.
