Trouser snakes get man arrested

A SMUGGLER was caught trying to sneak 10 SNAKES onto a plane in his PANTS.

Jihad Koufiah was stopped by security officers in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport after they noticed WRIGGLING in his trousers.

Officers made the bizarre discovery after he went through X-ray scanners in the airport that serves the Indonesian island of Java.

The crook – and the snakes – were taken into custody before he could recreate scenes from Samuel L Jackson’s 2006 thriller movie

A spokesman said: “He was caught quickly while passing through the X-ray at the entrance to the airport.”

Koufiah was scheduled to fly on a Garuda Indonesia flight to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
