SEX FORUM Good night’s sleep has babes well up for sex!

-

WOMEN who sleep for longer have better SEX – and they’re more likely to feel horny in the morning!

A new study has revealed that the key to having a happy relationship and steamier shagging sessions is as simple as getting more shut-eye.

The research found that every extra hour spent snoozing made women 14 per cent more likely to get jiggy the next day.

And the study also showed that participants who got a good night’s sleep had increased “arousal”.

Dr David Kalmbach, from the University of Michigan, said: “Our study showed that good sleep is important for healthy sexual desire and arousal in women.

“Some previous studies have suggested that sleep can affect hormone levels, which may cause changes in desire and arousal.

“But I think, overall, a lot more research is needed in this area to try to identify all the underlying mechanisms considerably more confidently.

“The message is that sleep health is important for many areas of our daily living.

“A good night’s sleep has in the past been shown to improve our mood, energy, overall health, concentration, and now sexual desire and arousal.”

Glamour model Faye Valentine, 24, reckons it’s a great bit of bedroom advice for lads and babes, too!

The Northampton beauty said she is always in the mood for a romp after a proper night’s sleep and loves to get it on first thing in the morning.

The 34C beauty said: “I much prefer having sex in the morning. I’m often tired at night.

“There’s no better feeling than waking up next to your partner and feeling totally refreshed. You’re full of energy and really up for a romp.

“It’s better than trying to have sex when you’re knackered!”
