REALITY TV king Joey Essex has revealed he TAUGHT Jeremy Corbyn how to use Snapchat!

The former TOWIE hunk claimed he was the one who got the Labour leader to start using the popular social media app.

And Essex-born Joey also confessed he is ADDICTED to selfies – taking up to 60 snaps of his face before deciding on his favourite one.

The 26-year-old first met Mr Corbyn in Bristol in May to chat about young people voting in the EU referendum.

However, Joey revealed voting wasn’t the only thing on their agenda as he taught the Labour leader how to succeed on Snapchat.

But it seems the man trying to retain power in his party didn’t quite get the gist of it!

Joey said: “My favourite filter on Snapchat is the one with the big eyes.

“I once put that one on that geezer Jeremy Corbyn and he had no clue. He thought I was just taking a video – it made me crease.”

Their meeting came as part of Joey’s bid to learn more about the EU referendum and was filmed for his TV show Educating Joey Essex.

Despite failing to educate Jeremy on Snapchat, the perfectly preened Joey gets top marks for his selfie skills. Fling

Taking hundreds of selfies a week, the reality star confessed he’s now become addicted to them.

He said: “There have been times where I’ve taken at least 50 to 60 photos.

“But sometimes I’ll take one and it’ll be like ‘Bam!’

“Maybe I’ll try to stop taking selfies. But then again, I took one five minutes ago.”

Having made a name for himself on TOWIE, Joey then entered the Jungle and enjoyed a brief romance with model Amy Willerton.

Although their fling fizzled out, it seems Joey may have found love on E4 reality show Celebs Go Dating as he hit it off with Made In Chelsea babe Stephanie Pratt, 30.

Speaking about their relationship, he said: “I know it’s genuine, she knows it’s genuine.

“I trust her, she trusts me. It works and it’s perfect.

“I don’t care what anyone says or thinks.”
