SPERM BANK BOSS DENIES SEX ATTACK

He had a taste for ‘bigger women’

-

THE founder of an online sperm bank which champions women’s rights appeared before a judge charged with raping a woman he picked up on the street.

John Gonzalez, who created the ‘Man Not ‘Included’ sperm bank, spotted his victim as she walked out from a nightclub towards a cashpoint machine and offered to give her a lift in his car.

Jurors were told Gonzalez then demanded to be called ‘Sir’ before he forced himself on the 22-year-old woman.

The victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, told police she faked pleasure in a bid to make Gonzalez stop, after he revealed to her that he had a taste for “bigger women”.

When he eventually dropped her at home, the panicked woman rang the police and Gonzalez was arrested at his home the following day.

Gonzalez, 54, of High Wycombe, Bucks, denied a single charge of rape and two counts of sexual assault when he appeared at Aylesbury Crown Court.

Prosecuting, George Heimler said: “The defendant asked the victim for directions and offered her a lift.

“He took her to a car park and that is where we say he committed sexual offences on her.

“The defendant leans over and starts touching her stomach and thigh and she kept on saying ‘you are taking me home, you are taking me home’.

“He responded by saying he was a gentleman and he would take her home.

“She started to panic and he began talking to her in a dominating manor saying ‘Are you going to do what Sir wants?’

“He was feeling her breasts and kissing her, he then started touching her below with his fingers.”

Jurors heard how the victim claimed to police that she pretended to have an orgasm so that Gonzalez would stop touching her.

But Gonzalez allegedly then unbuttoned his trousers and forced the terrified victim to perform a sex act on him.

Mr Heimler added: “He was arrested the following day and he maintained that what happened was far from sexual assault and that she forced herself on to him and that little sexual activity actually took place.”

The trial continues.
