‘GAY SERIAL KILLER’ DRUGGED ME

Student tells court

-

DENIAL: Port A STUDENT woke up naked and “paralysed” on his lover’s bedroom floor after being drugged on a visit to his flat, a court heard.

Stephen Port, 41, is accused of attacking a dozen victims to satisfy his fetish for sex with unconscious young men.

Four died of an overdose of the party drug GHB and were found dumped near his flat in Barking, east London, between June 2014 and September 2015, it is claimed.

Some had been propped up in a sitting position with bottles of GHB planted on them and one was found clutching a fake suicide note, the Old Bailey has heard.

The cook, who also worked as a male escort, is accused of murdering the four young victims as well as facing charges including seven rapes in a string of sex attacks dating back to 2012.

Yesterday his second alleged victim told how he was drugged by Port after meeting him on a gay social networking website.

Jurors heard Port picked the 25-year-old alleged victim up from Barking train station then took him back to his flat.

He said nothing unusual happened during the short visit and he returned to Port’s flat several times.

The alleged victim went back for a fifth visit on June 3 or 4, where he was given a glass of tasteless, odourless liquid, adding: “As soon as I drank it I went unconscious.

“The next thing I remember is that I was on the floor screaming and shouting. It was like I was going mad.

“I felt like I couldn’t walk or stand up. I felt paralysed.”

Port formerly of Barking, east London, denies all charges against him, including four counts of sexual assault by penetration.

The trial continues.
