GUILTY: Serial flasher Luigi Pellegrino told cops he was naked as it was a hot day A PERVERT flashed at a teen girl from his bedroom window before MASTURBATING and holding her gaze when she saw him from the street.

Luigi Pellegrino, 29, who has a history of exposing himself, claimed he was just standing naked in his flat at the time.

The victim was shocked after glancing up on her way back from school to see Pellegrino exposing his “chubby belly” and private parts on September 22 last year.

At Southwark Crown Court he was previously found guilty of exposing himself and causing the teenager alarm and distress.

“Similarly the fact that you targeted, as in my opinion you did, this lone schoolgirl in the street.

“She said in her own words that she was shocked and that she also was flustered and that in her words the sentiment that came to mind was, ‘Oh my God’.’

Pellegrino received a community order in 2010 after admitting exposing himself to seven women in the street.

In the latest incident in Carshalton, Sutton, he even moved along the window to follow the teenager as she walked along the street at around 4.40pm.

His flat is above a shop and opposite both a Roman Catholic Church and a primary school, jurors heard.

Prosecutor Edward Franklin told the court: “When she saw that, she looked away almost straight away, but she looked again and she saw that he was looking at her and he was continuing to masturbate.”

Pellegrino admitted to police he had been naked but insisted this was only because it was a hot day and his clothes were dusty after work.

Pellegrino was fired due to the publicity of his conviction but has now found another job.
